A Rhode Island man with Tourette’s Syndrome plans to file a civil rights suit against a local library for making him feel “less than human” when his uncontrollable outbursts clashed with the library’s quite policy.  He claims he was kicked out of the library last February, even though he told the staff about his symptoms ahead of time.  The library has since created a “quite room” in order to avoid future issues.
