Library of Congress To Honor Paul McCartney

The United States Library of Congress announced earlier today that they will award Paul McCartney the Gershwin Prize for Popular Song. A tribute concert is planned for early 2010 and will no doubt feature big-time musicians. This is the third time the award has been given. The former Beatle joins previous winners and songwriter extraordinaires Stevie Wonder and Paul Simon.
