Once the news broke out that original indie/alternative rock masters Pavement were to reunite and tour, fans all over the world collectively started to hyperventilate and believe that there is indeed a God. Rumored and urged for years to reunite since their “last show” in 1999, the band finally plans to satisfy that desire- at least for a little while. The band has announced that no one should expect any long-term commitments from the band yet, but a world tour is still a pretty good deal. A few New York dates set for September 2010 are already sold out or approaching it, so get your tickets soon.
