The online auction by Charitybuzz.com offering a lunch date with the singer of the Smashing Pumpkins was a pretty good source of entertainment this weekend. Note the fine print saying that the winner had to pay for lunch, followed by rowdy Internet riots, followed by fine print that now says “Billy Corgan of the Smashing Pumpkins will treat the winner and their guest to lunch.” But seriously, now that we’re done laughing, cough up your $15,000.
